Are you sure it isn't tube worms living underneath them? Either way, I doubt it is much to worry about. I do wonder why you are feeding the corals though. They really do not need it and those foods will just mess with your water chemistry. Regular water changes and leftovers in the water column from when you feed your fish are more than enough.

I wouldn't worry too much about it at this point. It may have been a sting from the Anemone or something else has bothered it. I feed Marine Snow also and haven't had any problems with my water quality. Of course if you over feed it like any food you will have problems.

it may be the mushrooms gutts, when they get stressed they expell them. Most of the time they pull them back in and are as good as new.
