Hi there about two days ago I feed my corals with a food called marine snow wich Ivw used in the past ,but this time round I couldnt help notice that my one mushroom colony was all shrivlled up and it apeared that they where giving off what looks like small long worm like things all looped up ,could any one please help me identify whats happening to them as its the entier colony and not just one mushroom ,Ive got about for different types of mushroom colonys and all the others are doin fine . My atlantic anaenamoe whent walk about could it be that they where stung.

Are you sure it isn't tube worms living underneath them? Either way, I doubt it is much to worry about. I do wonder why you are feeding the corals though. They really do not need it and those foods will just mess with your water chemistry. Regular water changes and leftovers in the water column from when you feed your fish are more than enough.

I wouldn't worry too much about it at this point. It may have been a sting from the Anemone or something else has bothered it. I feed Marine Snow also and haven't had any problems with my water quality. Of course if you over feed it like any food you will have problems.

it may be the mushrooms gutts, when they get stressed they expell them. Most of the time they pull them back in and are as good as new.
