I like the looks and function of this light. It combines all the things we need in one light fixture. A little stiff on the price but looks like a keeper to me.

Looks pretty good and would think that if 4 bulb unit is what you are looking for should fit the bill. Have you looked at the IceCap Reef Illuminations T5/LED set up? To me it looks like it might be a better deal in the end but I havne't heard much about Finnex lights.

Just a quick comparison at Aquacave makes me lean towards the IceCap for a couple reasons. Both are 4 bulb units. The Finnex comes with their Finnex Bulbs and currently the IceCap deal lets you pick any four bulbs they sell on Aquacave. I don't know what the quality of Finnex bulbs but can't think of it ever being mentioned in the assorted popular bulb combinations. If you have to purchase bulbs then tack on 80 to 100 additional dollars. The Finnex also doesn't come with hanging kit, another 20 bucks if you are wanting a suspended fixture. The IceCap has one included. So the two units would be similar in price now with the Finnex possibly running more.

The IceCap comes with three year warranty. A better spaced LED array and overall appears to be possibly a better built unit. Might want to shoot customer service an email at both IceCap and Finnex to answer any other questions. Finnex site has some better pictures and descriptions also.

Update, I bought the lights, and glad i did they are out of this world!!! The color combo is fantastic, and the blue cree's, wow is all i can say, and the growth in the short time is awsome, I would highly recommend them...
